Refunds and guarantees
The full course carries the Song-First Method Guarantee: do the three Fast Track sessions within 30 days, and if you still can’t play a real song, you don’t pay. The Songbook has a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Either way it’s an email, not a form.
Trouble signing in
Your login is the email address you bought with. Reset your password on the login page, and if that doesn’t do it, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Printing the chords for a song
The song links open a free chord chart — no account, no subscription. To keep a paper copy, select the chords and lyrics, paste them into any document, and print from there at whatever size you like.
